🛍️ What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order means you are reserving a product that is not yet in stock, but will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available. This ensures you don’t miss out on popular styles or limited-edition drops.


⏳ Processing & Shipping Time

Pre-ordered wigs are custom-made and require time to ensure the highest quality.
• Processing Time: 7–14 business days
• Shipping Time (Kenya): 1–3 business days after processing
• International Orders: Varies by destination (you’ll receive tracking once shipped)

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way via email.


💳 Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order. This secures your slot and allows us to begin production.


🚫 Cancellations & Changes

Because your wig is custom-prepared, pre-orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once placed. Please double-check your selection before confirming.


📦 Shipping Updates

You’ll receive:
• An order confirmation email immediately after purchase
• A shipping notification email with tracking details once your order is dispatched
